In addition to the above-mentioned activities, CMMU held a birthday party for faculty and staff,
                  a New Year’s party and a “Meet the Dean” activity. This latter provided a platform for informing
                  faculty and staff about the CMMU strategy, action plans and projects and allowing an exchange
                  of ideas and viewpoints for further development of CMMU.

                  During the year, the College organization was restructured with changes and amendments to
                  various job titles and job descriptions.  A new performance appraisal method called “Perfor-
                  mance Agreement (PA)” was introduced to faculty and support staff.




                  General Administration and Development of the Work
                  Environment



                  To  ensure   that  the  operations   of  the  General
                  Administration Department accord with the policies of
                  Mahidol   University,  the  College  has  revised  the
                  regulations on Human Resource, Finance, Procurement,
                  Information Technology, and Documentation.       Forms
                  have been improved as prescribed by the University.
                  CMMU support staff have attended training on SAP
                  (Systems, Applications and Products) as scheduled by
                  the University.

                  With respect of the development of landscape and
                  environment, the first half of the year 2011 was focused
                  on the development of work areas.  CMMU recognizes
                  the importance of developing employees’ work areas.

                  Board approval was given to renovate the 2    and 4   floors
                  to establish the Learning Development Center and
                  Executive Education Center.


                  CMMU also gave priority to the security of employees and students as well as individuals who
                  come to contact the College.  Maintenance testing was carried out on all of the 24 surveillance

                  cameras on the 1  -3  , 5  -6   and 8   -11   floors. Nineteen new 19 security cameras were set up on
                  the 7 th  and 12 th  -15 th  floors.  To improve security the opening and closing times of offices and
                  classrooms are strictly maintained.
                  To improve the facilities and the environment, CMMU has begun replacing the air conditioners in
                  classrooms and in the library. This upgrade is expected to be completed by March 2012. The
                  building now has more green zones with potted plants.
