Planning, Budget and Investment
The College of Management supports staff to improve and develop work systems in their own
department to be clear and consistent with Mahidol University policies, in particular relating to
planning and budget. CMMU has established a Department of Planning, Budget and Investment.
This department has assigned staff and given them a set of clearly defined tasks and
responsibilities to create complete and accurate plans and budgets.
Public Relations and Marketing
In the second half of the year, led by Associate Professor Rassmidara Hoonsawat, CMMU gave
priority to driving the College towards internationalization and research excellence as well as the
dissemination of CMMU’s visibility and image. Thus a Department of Public Relations and
Marketing was set up with responsibilities for marketing and advertising the College and its
educational services.
