Human Resource Management
The success of any organization depends on the capabilities of its employees. An organization
which has highly qualified employees who also have high moral and ethical values can gain
sustainable achievement of its stipulated vision, mission and strategic direction. Since CMMU
recognizes the importance of its employees its policies promote and support employee develop-
ment towards high levels of efficiency.
CMMU gives employees opportunities to enhance their professional competences and skills. A
training budget is allocated for training organized by CMMU as well as other service providers in
order to create opportunities for career development, including seminars relating to improved
work life as well as activities promoting good interpersonal relations.
In 2011 the College held activities for academic and supporting staff as follows:
Training Programmes
7 training programs for academic staff, with a total of 7 participants
15 training programs for supporting staff, with a total of 17 participants
