                  Overall Operations

In this year the College of Management focused on developing a landscape and an environ-
ment conducive to teaching and learning surroundings. Part of this initiative was the develop-
ment of Information Technology (IT) resources to enhance and facilitate teaching and academic
services such as purchasing new computers and developing new software. For the Human
Resource Management (HRM), CMMU support staff attend training programs related for their
professional development. This professional training augments activities organized to promote
unity and encourage harmonious working relationships. The College also improved internal com-
munication processes to facilitate a clearer means of publicizing information and news. In the
interests of clarity of work, CMMU introduced a new evaluation system for faculty and staff perfor-
mance appraisal. Another priority was the security of CMMU employees and also individuals who
                  come to contact the College.
