Workshop on “unconscious bias”
In our workshop today we explored our “unconscious bias” and learned about our preferred ‘social style’. Through many case studies and examples we not only learned how to recognize our personal bias (related to culture, generation, affinity, …) and but also how to deal with it. And it was fun to explore our ‘social styles’ and how we can use them to work effectively with people who are different from us.
