วันศุกร์ที่ 10 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2568 ผศ. ดร.ศิริสุข รักถิ่น รักษาการแทนรองคณบดีงานบริการวิชาการ นำนักศึกษาปริญญาโท หลักสูตรไทย วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่ บริษัท สยาม ไวเนอรี่ จำกัด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยนักศึกษาได้เข้าชมและเรียนรู้กระบวนการแปรรูปเครื่องดื่ม นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีการผลิต รวมถึงการบรรจุไวน์ เครื่องดื่มประเภทต่างๆ ซึ่งการศึกษาดูงานนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรายวิชาในวิชา Strategic Management และ Corporate Advantage and Strategy ทั้งนี้ วิทยาลัยการจัดการฯ ขอบคุณผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ รวมถึงผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกท่านจาก บริษัท สยาม ไวเนอรี่ จำกัด ในโอกาสที่ให้เกียรติต้อนรับ และบรรยายให้ความรู้ในการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้

Friday, January 10, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Sirisuhk Raktin, Acting Associate Dean for Academic Services, led the master’s degree students from the College of Management, Mahidol University, on a study visit to Siam Winery Co., Ltd. in Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe and learn about beverage processing, innovations, production technologies, and the packaging of various wine and beverages.

This study visit is part of the Strategic Management and Corporate Advantage and Strategy coursework.

The College of Management sincerely appreciates the management, staff, and all involved parties at Siam Winery Co., Ltd. for their warm welcome and for sharing valuable knowledge during this educational visit.
