It was a great experience to learn from former Microsoft manager Gary Schroeder. Gary shared with us about his extensive experience in working for Microsoft and how the company introduced a “growth mindset” culture. Our students loved the examples and stories he shared, and the insights Gary gave us on transitioning from the US to Thailand and adapting to Thai culture.
