CMMU co-hosted the 2nd Roundtable Discussion with the United Nations Development Program to design a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion toolkit to support #lgbtqia workers in Thai business organizations. The academic team from CMMU is in the process of developing and refinement of the management toolkit. Approximately, 15 companies, such as CP, True Corp., and Sansiri, participate actively in this critical project.
"At CMMU, we do support business organizations to understand the importance of diversity, equality, and inclusion, As the dean of business school, I insist that a thorough understanding of LGBTIQ issues is the key to global, business, and human skills," said Dr. Vichita Ractham, CMMU's DEAN.
