CMMU นำคณะนักศึกษาต่างชาติจาก University of Fribourg ศึกษาดูงาน ณ บริษัท Polytype และ Liebherr เสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง
วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จัดโครงการศึกษาดูงานและเยี่ยมชมสถานประกอบการ ณ บริษัท Polytype จังหวัดชลบุรี เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติและเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้สัมผัสกระบวนการดำเนินงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยมีคณะนักศึกษาชาวต่างชาติจาก University of Fribourg ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ในการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้รับฟังบรรยายเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ นวัตกรรมด้านการผลิต และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมกระบวนการทำงานจริง ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้และประสบการณ์นอกห้องเรียน ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองด้านการบริหารจัดการในระดับนานาชาติ
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมบริษัท Liebherr จังหวัดระยอง เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารจัดการ การดำเนินงาน และแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรของภาคอุตสาหกรรมชั้นนำ ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษากับภาคธุรกิจ และต่อยอดโอกาสในการพัฒนาด้านต่างๆในอนาคต
การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริง พร้อมทั้งมุ่งสร้างความร่วมมือกับองค์กรชั้นนำทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาสู่มาตรฐานสากล และพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาให้พร้อมสำหรับการทำงานในบริบทของโลกยุคใหม่
On 25 June 2026, the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), organized an industrial site visit and company tour at Polytype Company in Chonburi Province. The program was designed to promote experiential learning by providing students with firsthand exposure to industrial operations. The activity was attended by a group of international students from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
During the visit, participants attended presentations on business operations, manufacturing innovation, and organizational management. They also toured the company's production facilities and observed real-world operational processes, allowing them to enhance their practical knowledge and gain valuable experiences beyond the classroom while exchanging perspectives on management in an international context.
The delegation also visited Liebherr Company in Rayong Province to study the company's management practices, operational processes, and organizational development strategies. The visit also served to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry while creating opportunities for future partnerships and academic development.
