CMMU visited the Bangkok Rainbow Organization (BRO) as part of their Business Research course.

On 24 March, 25 graduate students from the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU) visited the Bangkok Rainbow Organization (BRO) as part of their Business Research course. During the visit, students collected business data, interviewed the Director of BRO Nikorn Chimkong and the management team, and observed the organizational environment. They also engaged in meaningful discussions on health management, gender diversity, community empowerment, and the organization’s role in delivering inclusive and effective sexual health services tailored to local needs. This field-based learning experience plays a vital role in strengthening CMMU students’ research capabilities and contributes to ongoing studies in sustainability and social enterprise development. เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทจำนวน 25 คนจากวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (CMMU) ได้เข้าเยี่ยมและศึกษางาน ณ องค์กร Bangkok Rainbow Organization เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ สัมภาษณ์ทีมผู้บริหาร และสังเกตสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร ภายใต้รายวิชาการวิจัยทางธุรกิจ ในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการด้านสุขภาพ ด้านสิทธิความหลากหลายทางเพศ รวมถึงบทบาทขององค์กรชุมชนที่มีความเข้มแข็งในการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพทางเพศที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมายในพื้นที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประสบการณ์ภาคสนามดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก และเป็นฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการวิจัยด้านความยั่งยืนและธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม (Social Enterprise) ในอนาคต ขอขอบคุณ Bangkok Rainbow Organization สำหรับการต้อนรับและการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ในครั้งนี้
