CMMU's Cross-cultural Management class (under the guidance of Astrid Kainzbauer) got invited to visit the Sukothai Hotel in Bangkok and gain valuable insights from the General Manager, Mr. Richard Deutl. It was a truly amazing experience - very interesting learning about leading teams in different cultures but also a lot of useful insights into how to build a successful career and how to develop resilience in challenging times. A big Thank You to Richard Deutl for his authentic and thought-provoking talk and for taking us on a tour of the magnificent Sukothai hotel. A truly valuable afternoon!
