Carlos joined our CMMU “Cross-cultural Management” course and shared many interesting stories from working in 9 different countries on 4 continents. After being with Coca-Cola company for 27 years, most recently as General Manager of Coca-Cola Thailand, Carlos now joined Sappe Thailand as Chief Commercial Officer. CMMU students were excited to learn about leading in high and low power distance contexts, switching from direct to indirect communication, managing crises, dealing with political disruptions, and motivating teams in different cultures.
