เมื่อวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2567 รศ.ดร.สุภรักษ์ สุริยันเกียรติแก้ว ผู้ช่วยคณบดีหน่วยธุรกิจและสังคมสัมพันธ์ วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ให้การต้อนรับ คุณสมัชชา พรหมศิริ Chief of Staff และ คุณไชยพิทักษ์ ไชยหะนิจ Senior Vice President - Human Resources Strategy Department ผู้บริหารจากบริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ท่าน ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษาของ CMMU ในหัวข้อ CMMU Future Skills @ Workplace ณ วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

It was great to learn from Bruno Rotschaedl, General Manager at Swissotel Rachada in Bangkok, about “The Art of Managing People”. Bruno shared with us about his extensive experience managing hotels on different continents and how he developed his own career. It was inspiring to listen to his insights on how to motivate staff, how to keep them engaged during times of crisis, and how to support them in their development. Bruno’s wealth of expertise and his talent for storytelling are truly impressive! A big thank you to Bruno for joining our CMMU “CEO Perspectives” talk and inspiring our students!
