On Tuesday, 3rd October 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanaphol Virasa, the program chair of the Health Business Management and Dr.Krisakorn Sukavejworakit from the College of Management Mahidol University, led master's students from the Health Business Management program, as well as medical students from Siriraj Hospital's dual-degree medical program, to visit the Kin Origin Healthcare Center. This rehabilitation hospital is the first under the umbrella of Origin Property.
At the Kin Origin Healthcare Center, the team introduced services and amenities specifically designed for the elderly. They employ cutting-edge technology, provide comfortable accommodations, and utilize the latest medical technologies. This is all to cater to Thailand as it transitions into an 'Aged Society'. Students had the opportunity to learn about the services Kin Origin provides to meet the health needs of the 'Silver Age' group.
This visit helped students understand and see the real-world operations in the healthcare sector, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. They had the chance to communicate directly with experts, gaining insights into work approaches, team leadership, and the complexities of managing a medical facility.
On Oct 3, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra, Vice Dean of Research, gives an introduction to the Sustainability 101 program at the opening session at the headquarters of CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited. Joining the session are Mr. Paul Wong Chee Kin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mrs. Kanokpai Vongsatitporn, Chief Human Resources Officer and Mr. Lim Yeong Thian, Chief Strategy Officer and CEO’s Office.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Drs. Suparak Suriyankietkaew leads a session called Strategic Sustainability where a few hundred of CIMB Thai Bank members join onsite and online.
