วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 2 เมษายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรารถนา ปุณณกิติเกษม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้รับเกียรติให้เป็นวิทยากรพิเศษในงานสัมมนาหัวข้อ “Strategic Leadership Development for Business Education” ที่จัดขึ้นโดยสถาบันรับรองมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชีระดับสากล AACSB ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 9 ตึกมหิตลาธิเบศร คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

งานนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้ผู้มีศักยภาพก้าวสู่บทบาทผู้นำระดับสูงในคณะบริหารธุรกิจ โดยมุ่งให้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังของภาวะผู้นำในบริบทระดับโลก ผู้เข้าร่วมจะพัฒนาทักษะผ่านกิจกรรม เช่น การประเมินตนเองเชิงกลยุทธ์ การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และการวางแผนปฏิบัติการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะสำคัญ เช่น การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย รวมถึงการเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมองค์กร จุดเด่นคือการเรียนรู้จากวิทยากรผู้มีประสบการณ์จริง ที่ช่วยถ่ายทอดแนวคิดและแนวทางปฏิบัติ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตสู่ความเป็นผู้นำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

โดยรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ปรารถนา ปุณณกิติเกษม ได้บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Role of the Strategic Leader: Lead with Impact” เพื่อร่วมถ่ายทอดและแบ่งปันประสบการณ์เป็นผู้นำที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงและคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังได้สะท้อนถึงการเปลี่ยนบทบาทจากอาจารย์สู่ผู้บริหาร ซึ่งส่งผลต่อมุมมองเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายและบทบาทในวิชาชีพ

การบรรยายครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจและการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างดีจากคณบดีและผู้เชี่ยวชาญการศึกษาด้านการจัดการในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก

On 2 April 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prattana Punnakitikashem, Dean of the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), was invited as a guest speaker at the AACSB Accreditation seminar, “Strategic Leadership Development for Business Education,” taken place at the meeting room 9th floor, Mahitaladhibesra building, the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University.

This seminar organized as an AACSB International exclusive event, was designed to prepare aspiring leaders for the transition into top leadership roles within business schools. The program provided an overview of evolving expectations of academic leadership in a global context. Through strategic self-assessment, leadership development activities, peer discussions, and action planning, participants enhance readiness for strategic leadership. It built key competencies such as strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and leadership branding, while encouraging reflection on leadership styles and career pathways. The workshop also addressed institutional culture, organizational change, and early leadership challenges, offering real-world insights and practical advice from distinguished guest speakers.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prattana delivered a keynote session on “Role of the Strategic Leader: Lead with Impact”. During the session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prattana shared her experiences on how becoming a dean involves a fundamental shift from operational to strategic thinking—embracing the role of a leader as a change agent and strategic thinker. She also reflected on how the transition from faculty to administration reshapes one's sense of professional purpose and goals.

The session received strong engagement and interest from deans and management education professionals in the Asia Pacific region.
