TARGET AUDIENCE

The program is suited for the following two groups of candidates:

The first group includes people who intend to work as a faculty member in a university, or as a researcher in research institutes. The CMMU Ph.D. program will help them to develop research skills, in-depth expertise and the ability to create new knowledge at the international level, as evidenced by the many publications and awards of our graduates. These skills are essential for a successful career in higher education, given the increasing emphasis on academic qualifications and publications by governments and accreditation bodies.
The second group includes consultants, business professionals or government officials who have a passion for life-long learning, and/or the aim to become part-time lecturers at a university (adjunct faculty). The Ph.D. program will enhance their expertise, critical thinking skills, and their ability to create new knowledge. The local relevance with a global perspective of this program also enhances their competitiveness in the job market.
