CMMU Ph.D. Candidate Mengting Su presented her research at the prestigious 83rd annual meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) meeting, taking place in Boston, USA, from August 4 to 8, 2023. The paper, “Intra-individual Psychological Experience and Dyadic Interaction during Task Conflict Episode”, is a joint work with CMMU advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Parisa Rungruang and Xiao Chen. The work proposes a model for how people express and psychologically experience conflicts within organizations. It can help improve understanding about why conflicts escalate and how to de-escalate them. Congratulations to Mengting and Dr. Parisa!
