Biography

Chatarin is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management and a recipient of the Royal Golden Jubilee (RGJ) scholarship. His research focuses on customer perceptions and the long-term implications of revenue management practices in the tourism and hospitality industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Mahidol University International College and began his career as a management trainee in the Marriott Voyager programme. He later transitioned to a corporate revenue management role with TCC Hotel Group while earning a master’s degree in marketing and management from the College of Management, Mahidol University. After completing his master’s, he took on a role in airline revenue management with Thai AirAsia while also offering his expertise as an independent consultant for local hotels. Recognising the need for more qualified revenue management professionals in both the corporate and academic fields, he chose to pursue a Ph.D. to contribute further to the field.
