With respect to international standards development, CMMU implements a policy to promote
internationalization and raise international visibility by cooperating with partner universities in Asia,
Europe, and America to enhance academic and research development. This international standards
development promotes exchange of faculty and students and also makes arrangements for related
programs and activities on an annual basis.

In this year, there were 71 exchange students in total: 56 inbound students and 15
outbound students. The inbound exchange students came from Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France,
Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia. Furthermore, for enhancing
internationalization, CMMU applied and has been in the process of international accreditation by
the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). From the outset of the pre-
accreditation process in 2014, CMMU has analyzed and written a report regarding Standards Alignment
Plan (SAP). At the same time, Assurance of Learning (AoL) has been developed in accordance with
               AACSB guidelines.

CMMU developed a policy in cooperation with CMMU Alumni Association to arrange continual
activities to connect, reconnect, unite, and build up a strong rapport between alumni, students, faculty,
and staff through various charity concerts, academic seminars, and social responsibility activities.

Throughout this year, CMMU has been cooperating closely with Mae Fah Luang Foundation
under Royal Patronage to run a community development project under the name “CMMU in
Cooperation with Mae Fah Luang Foundation for the Sustainable Community Business Development
Project in Doi Tung” and hold social responsibility activities to benefit the general public. Such
activities include “Enlightenment for the Blind” with the purpose of reading books to the blind, and
10 “CMMU Books Sharing” with the intention of giving both used and new books to any schools in need.

As for effective operations and sustainable organizational development, CMMU encourages
academic and supporting staff to attend training and seminars in order to improve their performance,
enhance their professional competences and skills, and stimulate exchange of their experiences so
that they can develop themselves towards high levels of proficiency. CMMU arranged a total of 66
external training programs and seminars this year: 24 programs for academic staff and 42 programs for
               supporting staff.

Apart from the academic potential enhancement, CMMU organizes activities to bring happiness
to employees under the project “CMMU Can CMMU Happy.” Moreover, CMMU focuses on effective
resources management, sustainable environment, security of employees and their assets. In case of
environmental improvement, CMMU launched an eco-campaign to create a learning atmosphere by
inculcating a sense of responsibility into employees to save energy, i.e. installing auto switches with
sensors to cut electricity when not in use. Additionally, CMMU designed and created a new landscape
in front of the building and built a statue of HRH Prince Mahidol of Songkla in commemoration of his
significant contribution to the medical profession in Thailand and for marking special commemorative
               occasions.

In respect of the operations and outcomes for the fiscal year of 2014, CMMU generated total
revenues of 268.20 million baht with total expenses of 243.06 million baht. Therefore, the net margin
was 25.14 million baht, accounting for 9.4% of the total revenues.
