College of Management Mahidol University (CMMU) has
operated for 18 years in 2014 since its inception on October 1, 1996. Its
operation has been geared to this year with the stated vision of being
a leading management school in Asia, contributing knowledge-based
solutions with social responsibility and the clear mission to produce
graduates in Master of Management (Thai and international) and Ph.D.
in Management (international) programs. These graduates then move
on and become professional and socially responsible managers in
alignment with the student identity of CMMU. In addition, CMMU seeks

to achieve its primary goal of obtaining international accreditation by
the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
This annual report presents the operations and outcomes
for the fiscal year of 2014. It reflects the success of CMMU’s
management and performance from October 1, 2013 to September
30, 2014 by delineating the pertinent points to its seven strategic
plans which are: 1) Transformative Education, 2) Research
Excellence, 3) Academic Services Excellence, 4) Internationalization,

5) Communication and Relations with Industrial Sector and Alumni,
6) Organizational Structure and Human Resources Design, and
7) Administration and Optimal Usage of Available Resources.
Apart from the summary of the overall performance in this
report, other outstanding activities, projects, statistical data, and success
of faculty and student outcomes are also included: faculty members’
award-wining performance, advancements in academic positions,
publications of academic work, awards for research publications, and
students’ remarkable academic achievements. Additionally, CMMU
alumni’s outstanding performance and success also serve to heighten
the successful operations of the institution. CMMU takes great pride
in their achievements and would like to acknowledge and thank all

faculty, staff, students, and alumni who have dedicated their intellect
and both physical and mental efforts in working to the utmost of their
ability.
In writing this annual report, CMMU received full cooperation
from each department in compiling information and summarizing
operations, while keeping to the schedule. Once again, CMMU would
like to thank those involved and sincerely hopes this 2014 annual
report will be beneficial to readers and those it serves.
