It was great to learn from Bruno Rotschaedl, General Manager at Swissotel Rachada in Bangkok, about “The Art of Managing People”. Bruno shared with us about his extensive experience managing hotels on different continents and how he developed his own career. It was inspiring to listen to his insights on how to motivate staff, how to keep them engaged during times of crisis, and how to support them in their development.
