Rosalind Yunibandh
BIOGRAPHY
Rosalind Yunibandhu is a Ph.D. scholar, advisor, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in regenerative leadership and practice. She views sustainability as fundamentally a 'people problem' and is interested in exploring pedagogies that shift paradigms and mindsets toward actively restoring and enhancing ecosystems, communities, and economies. Her current research is focused on developing a theory of regenerative mindset development.
Rosalind is the Co-Founder of III Muses, a sustainability advisory network, and the Founder of Arcadia Fine Foods, a lifestyle company dedicated to restoring our harmony with nature through food stories and experiences. Prior to these roles, she spent over 11 years in management consulting, where she co-founded and led PwC’s Sustainability & Climate Change practice in Thailand. During this time, she also advised CEOs and Boards of leading companies in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Additionally, Rosalind represented PwC Global on the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) Future Leaders Team and co-managed WBCSD's landmark project, Action2020.
Currently, Rosalind is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Leadership at Mahidol University, Thailand, with a focus on Regenerative Leadership. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Cambridge, an M.A. in Thai Studies from Chulalongkorn University, and an M.Sc. in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from the University of Oxford.
