BIOGRAPHY
Mrs. Hnin Nu Nu Lwin is a distinguished Ph.D. student in her third year, focusing on healthcare resilience capacities at the ASEAN Centre for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD), where she was awarded a prestigious Doctoral Scholarship and Research Grant in 2022. Her research is centered on strengthening resilience in dynamic hospital environments, crucial for achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC), equity, and safety.
Her academic journey is marked by a strong foundation in healthcare management and clinical science. She earned a Master of Management with a major in Healthcare and Wellness Management from the College of Management at Mahidol University (2019-2020) and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Science, specializing in Maxillofacial Prosthetics, from the Faculty of Dentistry at Mahidol University (2017-2018). She initially graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Dental Medicine Yangon in 2017.
With a keen interest in operational resilience at the hospital level, Mrs. Lwin combines her clinical expertise with strategic management skills to explore innovative approaches to sustaining healthcare systems amidst challenges. Her work aims not only to enhance patient care but also to ensure that healthcare institutions are prepared to respond effectively to the ever-evolving demands of medical care and patient safety.
