Waewkanee Assoratgoon, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic management and brand innovation, is currently a PhD candidate in Sustainable Leadership at the College of Management, Mahidol University. With an extensive background in the food retail industry, her academic work significantly focuses on sustainability within organizational cultures. Her recent peer-reviewed publication, "Toward a sustainability organizational culture model," reflects her deep commitment to advancing knowledge in sustainable business practices. Her work, which thoughtfully blends sustainability and organizational effectiveness, showcases her ability to connect practical experience with academic research.
